It was Riannon's gentle approach to yoga that encouraged my transformation to yoga enthusiast. Her voice was calm and strong at the same time. In addition to her expertise, she was also fun loving! The right teacher can really bring about change! She was the perfect teacher for me! She provided insight into the essential placement of muscles and the importance of breathing. I moved away from Langhorne in my retirement, but due to Riannon's introduction, I am now able to adopt a daily practice while on vacation or on my local beach.

As someone committed to self-care, I have continued to do my best to support my overall health and wellbeing throughout my current pregnancy. Although prenatal massage is certainly beneficial, I find myself in need of a way I can provide my own relief as needed and I am so very grateful to have the therapy balls within reach! With the therapy balls, I am able to concisely target the center of my discomfort and tension, providing the exact amount of pressure that feels appropriate to me, without having to process and relay feedback to someone else. Therapy balls provide me relief in my home and at my office, and I love that I can just push against the wall instead of having to roll out my yoga mat on the floor. As I pass the 40-pound mark for weight gain and really feel these twins pulling on my lower back, I'm incredibly thankful for my therapy balls and the relief they consistently provide me with. They're definitely going in my hospital bag to accompany me through labor and delivery, too. Thank you, Riannon! This mama is happy to have the help of this wonderful self-care tool!
